Programs include kids anti-bully training, adult self-defense, women’s self-defense, and Tai Chi for balance, and health,

We currently offer classes at the beach and local locations while our permanent dojo is being finalized.

Brian is also the author of Protect & Provide and Anti-Bully, focused on helping young men, families, and communities grow stronger and more confident.
